Footnotes Newsletter Advertising Rates

 

Display Ads: Full page $90.00, one-half page $55.00, and one-quarter page $28.00.  All rates quoted are per issue. Discounts for contracts paid in advance. 15% off-12 month contract, 10% off -6 month contract, and 5% off-3 month contract. All advertising must be coordinated/approved by Paul Hoecke. Rates are for ads run consecutively and all ads must be paid in advance. Ad copy must be submitted camera ready. All copy which must be altered or prepared for publication will result in the advertiser paying standard commercial rates for any work deemed necessary by the editor.

Advertising Guidelines for the Tarheel Website

 

The Tarheel Chapter's website does NOT accept commercial links to any business or group unless they are advertisers in Footnotes, our printed newsletter. To have your company logo and web link posted on the Tarheel Chapter website, become an advertiser!

-All Footnotes advertisers in good standing and with a minimum 6 month contract can have their logo and link to their website posted on the Sponsors page.

-Footnotes advertisers in good standing and with a minimum 6 month contract for 1/2 page or larger can have their logo placed on the main page of the website in addition to the Sponsors page.

-Driving Events Sponsors logo and link can have their logo appear on the driving event page, which is specific to each of our 3 annual track events.

-Lanyard Sponsors can have their logo and link appear on the driving event page for which they are the lanyard sponsor.

The placement of web logos and links on the Tarheel Chapter website is a free, value-added service provided to our advertisers. It is NOT part of your advertising contract and has no material effect on your written agreement to advertise in Footnotes. Delinquent advertisers are subject to have their logo and link removed immediately.

Special Event and Advertising Submissions

The content of the Tarheel Chapter web site is derived from Footnotes. Therefore, all submissions for inclusion to the Tarheel Chapter web site should be made directly to the Footnotes Editor. These include:

  • Ad Copy
  • Special Event information and applications
  • Articles
  • Photos
  • Classified Ads

You may submit these items directly to the webmaster for inclusion:

  • Your company logo for use on the site
  • Submissions to the Member Spotlight section
  • Other information where time is of the essence or where there is an error in material previously submitted to Footnotes (ie: dates, times, etc). This does NOT include changes to, addition or removal of classified ads.
