BMW CCA Insurance Waiver

The following is a statement from BMW CCA regarding the waiver that every participant in the school must sign. Basically it is stating that you are aware that you and only you are responsible for your safety. You recognize that motorsports, including driver schools are inherently dangerous. The waiver acknowledges that you are willing to assume all risk and that you recognize that you have no recourse against the track, the club or any participant. Please read this document as a summary of what you will be signing in the waiver and share it with your family so they are aware of the document you will be signing. Please read the summary and review the waiver prior to downloading your forms. We want you to be well informed and to sign the waiver with prior knowledge. If you cannot, in all good conscience, sign such a document please notify Sandra to fill your spot in the school.
