Fellow Tarheel Members

We have been required to change our bylaws in order to comply with new BMW CCA National Board procedures with regard to elections. Several other minor changes are included for consistency throughout the document. The Vice President’s job description has also been modified to clarify the responsibilities with regard to the Driving Events Committee oversight. Your elected Board of Directors has approved these changes but the membership is also required to approve these changes.Please review these changes and be prepared to vote at our annual meeting/banquet at VIR on April 18, 2026.
